Organization and structure
We manage bills of materials for assemblies with procedures, work cycles, technical supply specifications, and control and record process data to ensure repeatability of supplies.
Experienced collaborators and qualified suppliers enable us to meet any requirement for heat treatments for a wide range of materials (induction hardening, quenching, carburizing, nitriding, Quench Polish Quench) and surface treatments (Physical Vapor Deposition, chrome plating, nickel plating, burnishing). We expertly calculate the thermal and processing cycle necessary for each treatment to enhance the properties of the used materials.

Assembly and testing
We put together all manufactured parts in assemblies and subassemblies.
This is a particularly delicate stage of the manufacturing process as it requires skill and high competencies and must be carried out according to carefully controlled sequences and specifications.
In the case of complex products, we perform certified functional testing of assemblies at the end of production.
